CYCLE X TRAIN is a dynamic fusion of rhythm-based indoor cycling and strength-focused weight training — designed to deliver a full-body workout that moves with the music and pushes your performance to the next level.


This high-intensity experience combines beat-driven cycling intervals with off-the-bike resistance training, creating a seamless flow between cardio peaks and strength-building sets. You'll climb, sprint, lift, and sculpt — all to the rhythm of an electrifying playlist that keeps energy high and motivation higher.

  • CYCLE X TRAIN is our brand-new, high-energy workout experience that fuses rhythm-based cycling with full-body strength training. It’s designed to challenge your endurance, build strength, and keep you moving to the beat — all in one seamless class.

  • Nope! CYCLE X TRAIN is a value-added class — included in your existing membership or class package at no additional charge.

  • The program officially hits the schedule on June 23rd.

  •  Yes! We’re offering free community rides for the first week — bring your friends, try it out, and feel the energy for yourself.

  • Just like you book any other class through our app or website. To do the double cycle option (two cycling segments, no strength), be sure to select "DC" when reserving your spot.

    • Spin shoes (Look Delta or SPD cleats) for the cycling portion

    • Strength training shoes for the floor exercises

    • Optional: You’re also welcome to do the strength portion in socks, if that’s your preference.
