Got questions? We've got answers. Read on for everything you need to know:

  • The schedule goes live every Sunday at 5pm CST for the following week (Monday-Sunday)

  • We offer a monthly recurring 4-class pack, 8-class pack, and VIP Unlimited Membership. Beginning December 2023, all new memberships do not have a commitment. All membership cancelations, must be emailed to info@fullridecycling.com at least 10 days before your next billing date.

  • First, you’ll want to click HERE to set up your account. From here you’ll be able to buy classes, book a bike, and manage your account.

  • Sure do. We sell bottled water in-studio ($4) or you can fill up your own bottle at our water dispenser free of charge!

  • If you have some, bring ‘em — The pedals on our STAGES bikes are duel-sided, so they are compatible with SPD & Delta cleats. If you do NOT HAVE shoes, no worries! We will happily rent you some shoes at check-in ($4).

  • No problem, just make sure to cancel your class by 7 pm the night before that scheduled class or you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $20. Please reference our official terms and conditions HERE.

  • We must hear from you no later than 3 minutes prior to the start of class time or we will give your bike to another rider on the waitlist.

  • If you choose to join the waitlist please be ready to show up for class. Our system will automatically bring you into the class up until 20 minutes prior to the start of class time. You will receive an email notification that you have been added to the class. If you are pulled into class and you do not show up or you do not cancel before 7 pm the evening before the scheduled class, you will either lose your class credit or be charged a no show/late cancel fee for Unlimited Members.

  • Yes! We offer an Advanced Booking option for $39. This allows you to reserve your bike on Saturday at 12pm.

  • We do not allow any freezes or cancellations, unless there is a medical emergency. You are free to cancel at any time as long as its 10 days before your next billing date. Not ready for that type of commitment? Check out our class packages and drop-ins!

  • Yes! We have had many women ride up until their due date; however, as always we recommend checking with your doctor before riding.

  • Yes! We have showers in both the men’s and women’s restrooms, complete with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
