Getting her start in Memphis, TN as both a cycling and VersaClimber coach, Noel moved to Nashville, TN in early 2024 ready to chase a new dream. Deeply devoted to growth and authenticity, Noel's number one reason for stepping back onto the podium is to guarantee that every rider is seen, celebrated, and out of their comfort zone.
Her passion for creating immersive experiences doesn't stop in the bike room! Off the bike, Noel brings the same energy to her career in the corporate events industry where she is committed to championing her clients' visions and turning obstacles into opportunities.
