Favorite thing about Nashville?
Nashville has that rare small big city energy that feels welcoming and wholesome. The fitness community here is incredible with hard working and supportive people who dream big and show up for one another.
Where do you get your inspiration from?
I am inspired by health, wellness, and hard work. Staying strong and healthy allows me to show up fully for my family and I love helping others get stronger and healthier.
What music will I hear in your class?
High energy remixes mixed with songs you know, hip hop, EDM, pop, 2000s throwbacks, a little bit of everything. Love a good theme ride too, I always take requests!
How do you prep for class?
To prepare for class I love a good coffee and some quiet time before the sweaty party.
Ride Style
Athletic, motivating, and approachable. I’ll meet you exactly where you’re at and we’ll get stronger together. I always love to remind riders as well as myself, you’re not always going to feel your best but you always have the choice to give your best effort wherever you’re at.
Reasons for clipping in
As a former professional athlete I have always thrived in team environments. Riding together creates powerful energy and the rhythm and dance aspect of the ride turns hard work into something fun and motivating.
