Meg

Originally from Texas, Meg was first brought to Nashville to earn her nursing degree at Belmont University, but was drawn to stay for her love of its wellness community. She has experience teaching in all aspects of the Nashville fitness scene: from hosting bachelorette workout classes with Pushups + Prosecco, to instructing signature and strength classes at barre3 Nashville, and finally teaching at Full Ride Cycling beginning in 2020. She is ecstatic to combine all that she’s learned about wellbeing to create an incredible experience for each of her classes: one that gives riders the support and freedom to push themselves further than they ever thought was possible. Ever since starting her time at FRC as a front desk coordinator during opening week, Meg has felt first-hand what can happen when you give yourself wholeheartedly to this community and loves to have a front row seat to the growth of her riders! You’ll always hear her as the loudest one cheering them on. When she’s not teaching, taking a fitness class, or working as an Oncology nurse at Centennial Medical Center, you can find Meg spending time with her family in Franklin which includes her beloved golden retriever, Winnie.
